Looking for advice on transporting warm cooking oil. Does anyone know if there are heat resistant metal containers that would hold warmer oil from a portable deep fryer? I'm only asking since I have an event coming up where I may need to leave the site before my fryer oil has time to completely cool. I'm doing a fish fry so I would prefer to fry the fish and fries on site for maximum crispiness. I have a fryer with a hose to drain the oil, just looking for suggestions on what type of vessel to drain it into that would be heat resistant. Thanks!
