Pop up Restaurant advice please

    Short and simple, I'm tired of cooking other people's food. I'm ready to cook food I enjoy, at my own dollar, I was wondering if anyone had any EXPERIENCE they could give advice on doing this, eg, how to find a place, how to get clientele. 

    OPINIONS, are also welcome, but I am hoping for EXPERIENCED ADVICE.
