polenta help

good day chefs,

 how can i hold soft polenta for/through dinner service?..i want to make it the base of a dinner special...would the warm setting of a rice cooker work? thanks all

Soft or warm polenta holds well in a steam table for about 2 hours constantly turn and mix it.Sliced or precut being a bit stiffer does not hold as well.
