Please help! Manicotti or Cannelloni

    So, sometimes, I see or eat something cool, and I become obsessed. This week I'm obsessing over manicotti. I really want to try running as a special. I'd love to see something like this on the menu, if it works. Is my only option to cook and hold them and hope I sell them all? Can I bake them to order some how? I'm going to play around with it tonight. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

    Order Fire......Sauce it and into a hot oven. Make a taster beforehand so you know how long it will take and the results.
