    Hello everyone!

I was wondering if anyone had a good White chocolate Macadamia Nut cookie recipe that they have already made? One of my co-workers is moving to San Diego and everyone decided to make her a dish she likes. I remember her telling me she likes these cookies but I have never made this kind of cookie. Please someone help! Thanks. I would need this before Friday/img/vbsmilies/smilies/smile.gif

If you haven't found something PM me. Please keep the secret here. LOL

Break the mac's. Don't used prepared or cooked. I like Hawaiian only because they remind me of commercials.

    This one is delicious!! :)

    Chunky White Chocolate Chip Cookies

    Ingredients:

    14 oz White Chocolate

    12 oz Macadamia nuts

    8 oz butter

    8 oz brown sugar

    6 oz granulated white sugar

    1 tsp salt

    3 eggs

    1/4 c honey

    2 tsp vanilla extract

    1 pound 2oz bread flour

    1-1/2 tsp. baking soda

    Prep:

    1: Preheat oven to 350˚

2: Chop white chocolate and nuts into raisin-sized pieces.

3: Cream the butter with the sugar, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla and honey.

4: Sift together flour and baking soda and stir into butter mixture until just combined.

5: Stir in nuts and chocolate

6: chill dough until firm. Scoop with large scoop onto parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake until they just begin to pick up color.

Store them in an airtight container to keep them crisp, or keep a piece of bread in the container to absorb excess moisture.

good luck! these came out amazingly for me :)
