    :bounce:I GOT BROGHT UP ON PIGS TAILS AND RICEAND BLACK EYE PEAS.AND A LOVELY DISH CALLED SOUSE ,NOW I RUN A CAFE BAR I AM JUST UNSURE IF I SHOUD REINVENT THEM .LIVING IN A AREA THAT I DO ANY SUGGESTIONS?

    I say put um on as a special and see how they fare....
    pricing could be an interesting proposition with that dish....
