My latest video shows you how to make the best Peshawari Chapli Kebabs/Kababs
Extremely easy instructions, here's what you will need:
Beef Mince 1kg
Eggs 1
Butter 1 tbsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves/Kasuri Methi 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 1.5 tbsp (rough cut)
Salt 1 tbsp
Dry Pomegranate Seeds 1.5 tbsp (washed and dried)
Garlic and Ginger paste 1.5 tbsp
Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp (dry-roasted)
Fennel Seeds 1 tsp (dry-roasted)
White Cumin Seeds 1.5 tbsp (dry-roasted)
Fried Eggs 2, unsalted (fried in light oil)
Tomatoes 2, finely diced
Cornmeal Flour 1/2 cup
Onions 2, finely diced
Tomatoes 2, sliced rounds
