Perfect home made yellow cake

    Hi, I just tried making this cake and the batter seemed to be curdling (breaking up) as I poured it into the tins.  Is that normal????  It has not come out of the oven yet so not sure what the outcome will be?  Crossing my fingers.  I did everything according to the recipe.  Please any suggestions.
