My culinary student daughter made a pecan pie last night her bf's birthday.  She baked it as instructed, but I think our oven runs below the temperature that it get sets at and is syrupy in the middle.  After cooling it last night, she put it in the fridge.  My question is, can it be salvaged by putting it back in the oven?

I personally wouldn't. You run the risk of burning the crust. What would be the recipe be out of curiosity? The recipe could also have something to do with it.
