What would give me the best flavor?

Puree, paste, specialty liqueurs in a buttercream

And which brand do you recommend? Dreidoppel paste, Weissmuller Pear Liqueur ,Patisfrance Pear Paste, Fassbind Liqueur,Pear Williams Concentrate, Jacobert Poire William Concentrate .
Just naming brands from the suppliers. Need advice on which one to purchase.

The pastes are much more concentrated than liqueurs or purees, so you can achieve a more intense flavor w/out separating your buttercream. Unfortunately, I have only tried the Dreidopple, and I think it was brown. Maybe Patisfrance's is lighter.
