"Pasteles" :Is there a recommended processor to finely shred the ingredients?

As a hispanic descendant, during the holidays or special occassions, we enjoy making "Pasteles" with pork shoulder.  It's made out of green bananas, green plantains, Yuca, etc.  Our family make a day out of this preparation because we shred the ingredients with a hand held shredder (fine) side.

Now as much as I love to eat the pasteles, I hate the labor, especially since we all have arthritis in our hands.  I've come to a point where the pain out weight the love to make them.  I want to continue the traditions but I need a machine that will shred these solid ingredients.

    Any recommendations?

I reached out kitchenaid and cuisinart and they do not have the "Fine" attachement.  Holes aren't small enough as the handheld we buy at local stores.

    Please help!
