Over crowd Pan?

    Pretty close, but it looks like it turns out okay.

    Ginger snaps - one of my favorite ingredients for a gravy to go with roast pork, never tried them with beef.

    If you make Sauerbraten this is a flavor booster as well as a thickening agent(Gingersnaps)
