How much are you cooking? Cooking time will vary with amount of meat. With pork butt i usually go low and slow; at least a couple hours. Read this and see if it gives you anything: http://www.cheftalk.com/t/67835/elegant-pork-butt-dinner
It would be better to cook by temperature then time.
Calculate a base time and use the temperature probe to take the meat to your desired doneness.
