beef as I believe there's an appreciable difference in the taste. Try it yourself sometime. Grill a couple of T-bones, for example--one grass-fed and the other corn-fed. My assistant just told me about
steaks she recently tried that were excellent and fairly priced from a fairly company called, I think, Nebraska Star
Beef. I just returned from a 3-week European book tour, so haven't tried it myself.
