Obligatory introduction

As per your instructions I'm introducing myself. My name is Dan Brown, I'm an experienced sous chef who recently decided to seek certification by entering into the ACF Apprenticeship program (Denver Chapter). I thought I'd spent enough time as low man on totem, but I'm voluntarily subjecting myself to another three years of it in order to further my career and earn the respect of my peers. I work in downtown Denver at the Rialto Cafe under Chefs Tim Bryan (my sponsor) and Tim Opiel (Executive Chef of Rialto).
