NYC OR Miami -for patisserie internship????

    I am just trying to get an idea as to where i should look for an internship ( and  hopefully land a job thereafter ) - either nyc or Miami, i am currently going to school at le cordon bleu in miami.  I have trailed and done an apprenticeship in NYC so I know what the scene is like in NYC, the amount of patisserie's and bakeries are, and more importantly the amazing quality of products out there. I have tried looking out for bakeries in Miami but i seem to have no luck with it, I am originally from India so i really would like to work here for a few years before just deciding to go back.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
