We are getting asked more and more what the Nutritional Values are of our Cold-pressed juices and even some of our healthy foods. Is anyone already doing this and can recommend a reliable Application for this process? I have seen some apps that were not accurate. Appreciate anyone's help on this.

The following data is available, for free, from the USDA website. (https://fdc.nal.usda.gov) Since there is always a variation in nutritive content, listing "approximate" values is appropriate. No two apples are absolutely identical.

For 100 grams of Celery juice- (FYI this info is actually in readable, usable, columns.)

The listing for Fresh Kale has 106 nutritive values listed!

Hope this helps a little...

Good luck!

Ok, so I scoped out the Government link you supplied. So basically I would have to type in an ingredient and it gives me a breakdown of nutritional values? I was looking for something that I can plug in my recipe and it would give me the Nutritional values that way. I would have to do a lot of calculating with this website.

Hopefully someone will come along a easier/better solution, like an app you asked for!

I searched for "nutrition analysis software" and found several that do what you want, most have a free trial. Nutrium offers a 14 day trial then you have to pay the $399 to keep using it...

Work fast and have your recipes ready!

Chefs are required to learn and work for information about what they cook. When I started a book with tables was what we used. Smgchef found the source, why not hire someone to do your job for you.
