I was just trying to find someone else's opinion on whether or not i should go to culinary school. I work at a Denny's and I am 'head cook'. Not sure if that's a legit title. I've been doing it for about 2 years now. I can push out food at good time and I do big parties. The biggest was a 40 top with only one other cook helping me. I've developed a skill in cooking and I have fun doing it. I feel like I'm strong and fast enough to work in a high end kitchen. I also do shifts during the week days where i manage the restaurant from 5p-5a, because were 24/7. I really want to be a chef one day, but I've always hated school. There's a community college in my area that has a culinary program and hooks you up with certification with ACF after you graduate. What should i do?
