Not enough btu's in home ranges

I have a beautiful Wolf gas range at home.  Having used real convection ovens, I realize the heat output is wimpy.   Baking three trays of cookies the burners stay on too long trying to catch up and the bottom tray is overdone.  

Are there home ranges (electric or gas) which have better heat output and more even baking?

I like the 4 gas burners except they're hard to clean.

Look into induction for the stove part. Much more heat transfer to the pot/pan, if it's compatible with induction.

Oven technology hasn't really been improved much. There is some development for an induction heating element as well  which could improve things some.
