I am by no means a professional chef. I am a very good cook who has handled over a 100 people in my home for parties and had very little food waste if any. I have now been asked to cater a baby show with finger foods, sandwiches, shrimp, fruit, pasta salad, dessert and punch. I will work this with one helper. The person is a friend and I can structure it any way I want. Should I have them pay for food and just charge to make and serve food or do it all.
