Hello, My name is Mikey and I'm stoked to be joining you fellow cheffy types on this forum. I've been working in the industry for quite a few years now and hopefully have some interesting thoughts to share with you all. I'm living in Queensland, Australia, and am currently running a cafe. I'm in the process of setting up a market stall and have plans to eventually deck out and run a food truck.
