what is the secret to getting nice muffins with a high rounded crown. my wifes always seem to taste great but they are a little lower and not rounded as the ones in the commercial bakeries.

    thanks, dino's wife

Chilled batter, fill all the way to the top of the muffin paper liners and 350-375F oven.

    chilling the batter helps?
I've always filled my muffin pans all the way to the top and they always come out rounded but not that high :)
