I'm going to be graduating from culinary school in June.  I've been working restaurants and banquets for the last five years.  I'm about to finish my internship in the next month and am unsure where to go next.

I've been told hotels are a good step because I am able to see a variety and I've also been told that cruise ships are a good way to learn the industry.  I'm not sure about either and since my internship is up soon I need to start making some decisions about where I'm heading.  Anybody have some useful advice?

With all the Norwalk virus  going through Crusie ships, I'd be leery of that environment.

I work with a chef and he told me that working at hotels would be a good idea. You would definitely see variety.
