Hi Everyone, To get to straight to the point; I'm Purity. A 26 year year old residing in Johannesburg; South Africa. Currently I work in the Aviation Industry and I enjoy every aspect of my career but I've taken the decision to finally explore my culinary skills. So next week I'll be starting my Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking. I've been cooking since before I could reach the stove without the aid of a stool and have the burn marks to prove it (though some of the marks are from the hidings I got afterward). But despite this someone gushing over a plate of food I've prepared is still one of the best feelings on earth and I'm looking forward to pursuing this professionally. I'm simply a food lover in every way and I hope that I can learn and source great ideas from the different backgrounds and expertise represented here and I also hope to share a little bit of Africa with you all.
