whats up people of earth. i have been cooking professionally for a little over seven years now. i'm currently a restaurant and banquet sous chef and a hotel line cook during the winter. italian is my favorite, been cooking italian since birth. i've done french, continental, spa, asian, and southwestern cuisine. i just rang in the new year with two of the longest days of my life. i'm sure a lot of you guys did too. looking forward to checking out the forums and see what ya'll are talking about.
