Greetings everyone! My name's Carter, been a long time reader of this site and decided to finally make an account and try to be more personal here. I've been a line cook for over 2.5 years now and I'm working my way up to Sous Chef status best I can. Naturally when I'm not at work I enjoy cooking at home, favoring Asian cuisine and also baking (I rarely get a chance to practice those in the restaurant), as well as any new field I can learn.
