New to the site but not food

Need a little help and some professional guidance. I have been proposed to write anywhere from 3-4 recipes a month for a large corp. in which the will pick and choose 2-3 to use for there add campagnes. Need to know what i should charge per recipe for my time and effort and obviously the recipe that will be seen and used on a national level. Would really like it if anyone has any insight on this type of consulting it would be greatly appreciated.
