    Hey everbody its great to be here. Ive been in the industry for 12 years and i still dont know why i do this but hey somebody has to right? Again its great to be here and am looking forward to getting new ideas and also shareing some things as well. Talk with you soon.

    So glad you foundall us!  This a vibrant and diverse community comprised of folks of varying skill levels.  Don’t miss the Chef’s Garden forum; there is always something interesting growing there.  I hope that you will post in the general forums as well as in the Professional, Home Cooks are asked to read ionly n the Pro section.  Should you have questions in regards to the site, feel free to post those in the Feedback & Suggestion forum.  I think that you’ll find that everyone here is very helpful and respectful.
