Hello. I have been in the hospitality business for 15 years. I have decided to take the plunge and dedicate my life to cooking and making people happy. I have enrolled in ICC in NYC and currently work in a week known restaurant in Brooklyn as a line cook. I am looking to expand my craft and become the best chef that I am capable of. Hopefully in the next 6-8 years I will be able to open my own restaurant and live my dream.
