    hi everyone i have just started professional cookery level 2 hospitality,i have had some experience with this kind of work as i helped in a cafe and also catering for parties weddings etc.i am engaged to steve and we are getting married on the 27th october 2012,/img/vbsmilies/smilies/smile.gif

    Hello and welcome!

    Congratulations on your upcoming wedding - are you doing the catering yourself, or paying someone else?!

    Our membership is drawn from around the world (I'm Scots, for instance) and all levels of culinary ability, from those just starting out on their culinary journey to master chefs - and all levels in between (I'm firmly in the enthusiastic amateur group).

    Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting, or start your own in the relevant forum.  The three Professional fora are 'read-only' for those not currently working in a culinary trade, but make interesting reading!  There is a student forum, too - you might find it interesting to read some of the posts in there.  The wikis, blogs, articles, reviews and photographs on the site are all well-worth spending time to view.
