Hello,

My name is Rich and I'm a disabled and retired guy who likes to smoke foods and bake. I have a Great Outdoors Smokey Mountain propane unit, a 22 in. Weber grill, and I make my own rubs. looking forward to seeing some great recipes and reading interesting stories too.
