Hello everyone! I am so excited to be here! Here's a little background about me. I am a wife and mother of three. I am a professional chef. In recent days I've asked myself what constitutes a professional chef? I have worked three years in a professional kitchen as the head chef. I have catered and also been a personal chef. I have never attended school for culinary arts. I am in the beginning stages of a new catering/personal chef business. I am pleased to meet you all!
