    Hello - I am looking forward to all that Chef Talk has to offer, and offering my 2 cents worth as well.

    My career has been in large scale food manufacturing and quality assurance for well recognized companies.

    Currently I am building a commercial rental kitchen in Central NC, which will have retail and event space.  Interested in communicating with others on this topic.  Cheers!
