Hi. I need to buy a quantity of non-stick skillets, and don't want to spend the money for SS if it's not necessary. Never had much interest in aluminum until now, and don't know what to get. I'll be needing 7" and 10" and 12", several of each. On the different restaurant equipment sites nothing is mentioned as to bottom thickness as it is with the SS ones. The first few brands I came across were names such as Vollrath, Carlisle, Browne Foodservice and Update International. These are to be used with electric hot plates, not gas, so I need as flat and thick a bottom as I can get. Do you folks have any suggestions as to which brand of aluminum skillet to get? Thanks much.
