    Thanks for the welcome! There's a lot cooking in Dallas!! ;) I am on my way to becoming a Personal Chef. Just waiting to work out a health problem. I only got the bright idea to do a search for cooking forums yesterday. :confused: I'm glad to have found this one! I've been browsing over some threads and have learned a lot already!

    sorry Kimmie, just messing with ya, actually didn't even see the misspell. Dean has been quiet for a while. He's a great guy, Pyles has some good work out there, you should check him out, I think he's a little better at researching his products.
