Thanks for the welcome! There's a lot cooking in Dallas!! ;) I am on my way to becoming a Personal Chef. Just waiting to work out a health problem. I only got the bright idea to do a search for cooking forums yesterday. I'm glad to have found this one! I've been browsing over some threads and have learned a lot already!

Bethy,
A hey from a fellow Dallasite. I do pastries and cakes. I'm in the HP area and will help in any way.

sorry Kimmie, just messing with ya, actually didn't even see the misspell. Dean has been quiet for a while. He's a great guy, Pyles has some good work out there, you should check him out, I think he's a little better at researching his products.

Welcome Bethy! If you've been browsing you know what a great site this is, and what a wonderful community, too. What are your favorite dishes and sweets?
