Hey all,

Just wanted to check in from the low country and introduce myself. I'm currently the banquet chef for the Savannah Marriott. Have spent the better part of the evening reading posts and I love this site. Makes me feel better knowing that there are others out there who've willingly chosen this crazy line of work.:eek: I look forward to getting to know ya'll better in the future.
