got a question on holding a knife
Oookay, what's the question?
I'm doing some reserch on how chefs hold their knives. I have observed many chefs who grip the knife blade as oppossed to the handle
Are you referring to the "pinch grip"?
I'm fairly certain that Boar_D_Laze will "weigh in" and discuss that. IMHO, it provides more control than gripping the handle for most culinary knife work.
