Hi. My last time in a restaurant kitchen was more than 20 years ago, while I was in college. I love to cook, though, and am in the middle of a weird "bake-til-I-drop" compulsion. (I work at least 65-70 hours a week, but I've baked and decorated 8 cakes in the last three weeks in my free time. Maybe I'm bi-polar and this is just my manic phase.) I've been lurking a long time and really enjoy reading everyone else's posts.
