    Hello Chefs and Students , I am a caterer and business owner with over 25 years cooking experience:). Still going strong and have not lost my Passion. I have just expanded into the Pig roast and BBQ business side of catering and the Response has been fantastic.     Did someone say pig and bbq?  Sounds great to me.  Bacon makes everything better . . .
