    Hi, my name is Dennis, I come from Florida. Currently in NC, sous chef at a local restaurant in my area. I've been involved in the food service industry off and on since 1991. Now 38, I am married and have four lovely children. I hope to learn, and share a lot of information with all of you, and wish all of you luck in your endeavors.

    So glad you found all of us!  This a vibrant and diverse community comprised of folks of varying skill levels.  Don’t miss the Chef’s Garden forum; there is always something interesting growing there.  I hope that you will post in the general forums as well as in the Professional, Home Cooks are asked to read only in the Pro section.  Should you have questions in regards to the site, feel free to post them in the Feedback & Suggestion forum.  I think that you’ll find that everyone here is most generous with their knowledge.
