    I'm a Commis looking to expand my knowledge in all areas of the kitchen and taking a peek around, getting inspiration from some of the posts on the forum.

    I run Pastry section and our Head Chef recently left us, so I'd like to begin taking more on board in the kitchen, getting more experience on my shoulders and am looking for ideas as to what next to hit the menu with, as well as toying with new recipes and potential garnishes for these dishes!
