I am Rohit, a wannabe Chef....an accountant right now. I would be moving to Australia early next year. Like I said I am a wannabe chef. Can anyone help me as to which are good culinary schools in Oz. I know there's Le Cordon Bleu. Which other are good schools and more specifically, how is the William Angliss Institute?
