Hi Pinot! There certainly are more from Oz here. Keep browsing and you're sure to find them. Enjoy all the board has to offer, and don't miss the articles at the main Chef Talk site.

    Welcome!

    Hello Everyone,

I am Rohit, a wannabe Chef....an accountant right now. I would be moving to Australia early next year. Like I said I am a wannabe chef. Can anyone help me as to which are good culinary schools in Oz. I know there's Le Cordon Bleu. Which other are good schools and more specifically, how is the William Angliss Institute?

    Thanks & best wishes!

    Rohit
