I suggest you to include chicken roast in your restaurant.Marinate the chicken pieces with little coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder and add garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, at last add one table spoon of lemon juice. Mix it well. Keep a side for at least half an hour. Heat oil in a kadai and fry the chicken pieces. Take another kadai add little oil then add green chilies, curry leaves, onion .sauté it well. Then add chopped tomato or else you can add tomato paste. Now add fried chicken into it and roast it well. Sprinkle garam masala ,pepper powder. Add little salt again. Squeeze lemon juice.
