Good morning everyone.

Bryan here from southwest missouri, united states.

Ive been in the culinary industry for about 18 years. I am a graduate of an ACF program with an AAS in cunilary. Ive recently take over a newer kitchen and im excited for the opportunities that afford me.

Im sure ill have tons of questions and hopefully ill be able to answer some.
