new catering job

    Hi, I'm trying to see how to price this event I'm catering. 

    I have 2 people to hire @ $9.00. I have to buy/ rent a popcorn machine, chafers, and I'm travel approximately a 5 mile distance for full service (set up, serve, & clean up).

    I'm serving approximately 90 people.

    I'm serving finger food (14 items), and mimosa.

    Just add up all your costs--food, supplies,  variable, fixed, travel, rentals, extra labor, your labor (including your

    time to rent/return rental items) , and desired profit. Divide by number of people to get a per person price.
