New and underweight

Hi I've been on the bodybuilder forums and there are lots of not great advice there when it comes to food.

I am underweight and my appetite has been weird, when I was young we didn't have much so I would go days without eating much or I would eat one or two large meals and that's it

I think unfortunately in a way my body is used to going without food causing my appetite to be pretty much nonexistent and lots of times i fill up faster than I think i would. I just tried to eat two slices of pizza and only ate one...

I try to drink more water and food to increase my stomach size, but it's hard especially on days I go to work.

I'm in need of meals I can make and keep in the refrigerator, snacks, etc.

I need a diet high in protein, carbs, and fats.

I was thinking of buying pizza dough and making my own pizza like my friend does, but I do not know how to do that (she's moved so she can't teach me now). I would like to make everything myself if possible, even the dough if it's cheaper/better. And this doesn't just go for pizza, goes for anything.

Where should I post these questions? In recipes or food & cooking?
