Hello, 

My Name is Cody. I am in my 20's and have been in the Catering and Banquets portion of the Food and Beverage Spectrum. I have worked all areas that are included from kitchen to bar tending to set ups and serving. I am still learning in the great food world that we all love. I have recently started my Management Career in the industry and most of it comes naturally to me and some aspects are more difficult than i expected. So with that being said if there is any advice anyone could give a young Food and Beverage Manager that would be Great! =)
