There was a guy last year who ate over $1500 of pasta during the pasta period.

I don't particularly care one way or the other about the gluttony or health aspect. It's OG's business, they can do what they want. They've been struggling the last few years and if this can keep them open and people employed, then that's probably for the best.

Read about a guy who bought the never ending pasta at Olive Garden and fed homeless people. I think he asked for takeout or such. . .

What's your take /opinion on same @cheflane?
I am a realist, but momentarily disheartened at the same time. The pupil is no more ready than when I started in the restaurant biz some  40 years ago. But I digress, I will continue to tilt at windmills. To infinity...and beyond!
