Have you considered a small Immersion blender with attachment?
Never used an immersion blender and so I don't know what to think. More comments appreciated. Whatever I get, it won't be used for mixing doughs.
Well, it turns out a family who has a crystal ball is giving me a hand me down KA handheld and I'll let, as Paula Deen says, Y'ALL know how it works out.
I had a KA hand held before getting the stand mixer. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Correction: Rather, it's a Hamilton Beach mixer. Sorry.
