need info on writing the red seal for cooks

    Hi i work in a retirement home in Lindsay,Ontario

    i would like to apply for the chef job there.

    but i need my red seal

    i have work as a cook for 35 yrs and i have not went to school

    but have work in many places and managed

    would like some info on the exam

    Professional Pastry Chef
    Check with the Prov. Ont. I.T.A. --Industry Training Authority, they're the ones who design and administer the test.
